What happens once the auction has closed?

If your company car has been sold, you and the buyer need to swiftly arrange a time (within a week of the auction close date) where you can exchange the car for payment. It is the buyer's responsibility to collect the car from you. From the moment the car is collected, payment is settled in exchange. Similarly, all relevant documents and keys are parted with.
